How we work

Comfortable spaces make creative freedom and excellence possible.

Our approach

Safety is the foundation of extraordinary performance

Rc-Annie has always believed that to be creative, a company needs the freedom and safety of a non-judgemental, non-biased and non-exploitative environment. The first day can be nerve-wracking; everyone wants to find their place in the room. We help you set up a rehearsal space that is open, honest, supportive and boundaried – where everyone can work at their best.

We help you set up your rehearsal room as an open, honest, supportive and boundaried space.
